Dalam rangka mengembangkan dan promosikan potensi pariwisata di Belitung Timur, Tim VB Disbudpar Belitung Timur dengan didampingi oleh Karang Taruna ‘’Bangkit Serete’’, adakan ‘’trip & adventure de Gunong Lumut’’ Desa Limbongan Kec. Gantung, Senin (23/10). Objek minat khusus gunong lumut menawarkan berbagai kegiatan berbasis pertualangan kepada pengunjung seperti perjalanan dari perkebunan lada kemudian memasuki hutan dikaki gunong lumut. Dipuncak gunong lumut pengunjung dapat melihat hamparan lumut dan menemukan tumbuhan kantong semar (nepenthes), keremuntingan (rodhomyrtus tomentosa), simpor bini dan tumbuhan khas pulau belitong lainnya.
As the effort to develop and promote tourism potentials in East Belitung Regency, Visit Beltim magazines crews of East Belitung Regency along with the youth organization of Bangkit Serete hold the trip & adventure to lumut hill or ‘’gunong lumut which is located Limbongan village, district of Gantung, Monday, October, 23th 2017. This tourism object of special interest offers many activities based on adventure activities such as walk up from pepper plantation, and then inside the forest situated at the foot of the hill. On the top of the hill the visitors can see the green view of the moss, Kantong Semar (nepenthes), Keremuntingan (rodhomyrtus tomentosa), Simpor bini (dillenia suffruticosa) and others endemic plants in Belitong Island.
